A disturbing video shared online appearing to show a dog submerged underwater at a Coconut Grove boat ramp is now at the center of a Miami Police investigation. The video, which NBC6 has blurred, appears to show a dog submerged in the water and tied to cinder blocks. The person who shared the video online also claims the dog was attached to a nearby sunken boat. Miami Police have not publicly said how the dog died, who owned it, or how long it may have been in the water, but the images have sparked outrage.
